Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services, Business, Healthcare, or related field plus 2 years of experience, or Associates degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of experience in similar fields.
• Experience with Epic Orders is strongly preferred.
• Certification in Epic applications is preferred, especially in Inpatient Orders and Order Transmittal.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and collaborate with teams.
• Strong understanding of healthcare service provider/customer accountability.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level support for mid complexity projects involving EHR applications.
• Act as a liaison between customers and support staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Plan and implement technology learning programs for end users.
• Develop, implement, and present educational programs related to EHR applications.
• Assess user competencies during technology learning programs to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
• Translate customer requirements into feasible application options.
• Maintain a responsive approach to customer inquiries and issues.
