Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, or related field.
• At least 5 years of clinical project management experience.
• Proven experience in outcomes adjudication and patient enrollment in pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
• Experience managing adjudication processes, particularly in late phase cardiovascular studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to develop and implement patient retention strategies.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Proficient in trial management systems and project management software like MS Project.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory guidelines/directives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate adjudication charter development across sponsors.
• Streamline and optimize adjudication workflows for better efficiency.
• Develop training on endpoints and outcomes adjudication protocols.
• Create a comprehensive manual for endpoints serving as a reference for sites.
• Oversee project plan development to drive acceleration of project metrics.
• Manage collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the adjudication process.
• Set clear milestones for adjudication and provide regular updates on metrics.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement proactive solutions.
• Facilitate weekly meetings to manage the adjudication process effectively.
