This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. This geography covers Trenton, Edison, Lakewood, Levittown, Long Branch, Staten Island, North Plainfield, Phillipsburg, and the surrounding areas.
Reporting to the Senior District Manager, the Clinical Account Executive (CAE) serves as the strategic leader of their territory. They combine deep clinical expertise, strategic account planning and business acumen, and purposeful execution to improve outcomes for patients while advancing the organization's mission, including Multiple Myeloma brand objectives and business goals. A CAE must be able to build trusted partnerships with customers, think like business owners, and collaborate across the oncology ecosystem to create long-term value for patients, customers, and the organization - which includes but is not limited to, responsible resource allocation, a commitment to operating principles and compliant, high ethical standards.

37SALES EXPERIENCE: Demonstrated history of delivering exceptional results through disciplined execution, accountability, and ownership. Strong preference for Multiple Myeloma experience.

37An essential requirement of the position is to meet health care industry representative credentialing requirements to gain entry into facilities and organizations that are in assigned territory. These HCIR credentialing requirements may include, but are not limited to, background checks, drug screens, and proof of immunization/vaccination for various diseases.
Qualifications
375+ years sales experience in pharma/biotech.
37Oncology/hematology experience required, preferably in Multiple Myeloma.
37Desire and ability to take on larger roles faster than their peers.
37Competitive selling skills.
37Demonstrated ability to work within a highly collaborative, team environment.
37Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
37Persistency and grit with strong track record of succeeding in a challenging environment.
37Driving a personal auto or company car or truck.
37Valid driver's license: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirements.
37Business travel, by air or car, is regularly required.
Preferred:
37Experience in Multiple Myeloma or hematologic malignancies.
37Bachelor's degree preferred.
37Account Management experience in any industry.
37Specialty Pharmacy experience.
37Healthcare industry experience, especially working with patients or consulting healthcare companies.
37People management or other leadership experience.
37MBA or other advanced degree.
