Role Scope:
- Supervise daily clinic operations within the PACE clinic, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care
- Assign duties, mentor nursing staff, and provide clinical guidance during shifts
- Responsible for clinic performance excellence inclusive of clinic team coaching, adherence to clinical process flows / standard operating procedures and annual team evaluations
- Manage clinic staff schedules to maintain coverage
- Monitor supply levels and handle day-to-day operational needs including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility/equipment issues
- Ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards of Habitat Health and other regulatory agencies
- Provide clinical care as needed such as nurse triage, emergency response, vaccine and medication administration, wound care, home care, and patient education
Qualifications: - Must hold a current, unrestricted RN license in state of California
- Proven ability to lead nursing teams, delegate tasks, and manage clinic operations
- Experience in staff scheduling, conflict resolution, and mentoring is essential
- Experience with geriatric population, chronic conditions, dementia, and functional decline is ideal
- Knowledge of clinical quality and compliance standards
- Ability to identify problems, find root causes, and trial/evaluate solutions

- Ability to lead with influence
Nice to have: - Spanish fluency, ideally certified in medical translation
Compensation: We take into account an individual's qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. This role is eligible for medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays. The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000 and is bonus eligible. The actual offer will be at the company's sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate's qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
