The Manager II, Clinic Practice oversees the daily operations of physician practices, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while achieving financial, operational, and performance goals. Provides leadership, resource management, and strategic direction to support staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth.

  • Manages daily operations of physician practices to support high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Develops and implements operational and performance improvement plans.
  • Applies financial analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Oversees staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to meet operational demands.
  • Leads and develops staff to support performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, leadership, and care teams.
  • Monitors and improves patient satisfaction and service quality.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.
  • Communicates effectively with stakeholders and promotes open communication.
  • Evaluates processes and implements improvements to enhance performance.
  • Supports recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives.
  • Utilizes project management principles to support operational goals.
What We Require:

Education: Bachelor's degree required or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.

Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration: RN/BSN license may be required depending on practice model and regulatory requirements.

Life Support: Not required.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence.

Compensation Range:
$69,721.60 - $104,582.40
Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience. The compensation range does not include benefits or pension plan.
