Compensation: $110,000-$120,000/yr.

Job Description

Capstone Physical Therapy is seeking a full time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for our clinic in Bothell. The Clinic Director will lead the daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, exceptional patient care, and strong clinical outcomes. This role includes mentoring and supporting the clinic team while driving clinic growth through community engagement, referral development, and patient-centered service.
