Total Potential Income with Bonus: $110,000-$130,000 annually
Base Pay: $85,000-$90,000
Student Loan Repayment: $5,250 per year
Buy-In options: Clinic Directors who meet defined performance metrics may qualify for part-ownership in Mountain Land Physical Therapy.

What A Typical Day May Look Like:- Treat 10 patients while serving as the go-to therapist for mentorship and clinical guidance.
- Lead and inspire your team by example.
- Meet with referral sources to build relationships and grow evaluations.
- Partner with Mountain Land's support departments to handle administrative needs and guide your clinic toward its goals.

Requirements
- Current PT License or ability to obtain (No sanction).
- 2+ years of experience as an outpatient PT.
- Passion for managing a clinic.
- Interest in community and professional marketing.
