Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current TN Physical Therapist licensure
• CPR certification
• Basic PC skills, including EMR and MS Office
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong multitasking ability
• Self-starter focused on growth
• Preferred outpatient orthopedic experience with exercise and manual therapy skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and regulatory compliance
• Maintain staffing, equipment, and resources for quality patient care
• Hire, train, and supervise clinic staff with performance evaluations
• Engage in ongoing professional education
• Analyze patient data for staffing and program improvement
• Lead marketing efforts via physician outreach and community engagement
• Ensure high patient safety standards and ethical care
