Position Summary:

Job Description:

Clinic Director / Licensed Physical Therapist (Outpatient Ortho)

Location: Champaign, IL (2110 Fox Dr.)

Compensation Range:$90k-115k/year - Based on experience*

This position is eligible for additional compensation: Director bonus plan

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accreditedTherapy program with current or pending licensure in the respective state required.

3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.

Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.

Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.

A passion for mentoring and developing others.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
