Full Job Description
Client Success Manager

Intapp is expanding our Client Success team, and we're looking for a Client Success Manager with deep roots in the real estate industry to own and grow strategic relationships with our clients. In this role, you'll be responsible for onboarding, driving adoption, monitoring usage, and identifying opportunities for expansion across our SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. You'll play a central role in ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention - balancing hands-on implementation training with white-glove client success initiatives.

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales to communicate feedback, forecast renewals, and deliver value across the client lifecycle. If you know the real estate industry inside and out, enjoy creating structure in fast-moving environments, and love building deep relationships with clients, we'd love to talk.

What you'll do:
  • Own the full post-sale client relationship across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts - driving renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, preventing churn, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Develop and deliver consultative engagement strategies including business reviews, strategic planning, and proactive support for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts, while building scalable, automated playbooks for SMB customers.
  • Act as the voice of the client to Product and Engineering - systematically capturing feature requests and pain points with clear business impact statements, advocating during roadmap planning, and closing the loop with clients on outcomes.
  • Maintain deep visibility into account health, usage patterns, contract timelines, and stakeholder alignment to accurately forecast renewals, flag risk early, and partner with Sales on targeted upsell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Lead and support client implementations and onboarding, confidently training both technical and non-technical users to drive adoption and ensure clients realize value quickly.

What you'll need:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in a SaaS environment, with a track record of owning renewals and driving retention across accounts of varying size and complexity.
  • Direct experience at or serving real estate firms - whether investment managers, private equity real estate, asset managers, developers, or brokerages. You understand how these organizations operate, how deals flow, and what their teams actually need from technology. Experience with proptech, real assets software, or real estate data platforms is a strong plus.
  • Technical proficiency - comfortable navigating complex software configurations, integrations, and implementation workflows, and able to serve as a credible technical resource for clients and internal teams alike.
  • Strong commercial instincts - proven ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, communicate value to senior decision makers, and collaborate effectively with Sales to execute expansion strategies.
  • Highly organized self-starter with excellent prioritization skills, experience with CRM and support ticketing systems, and the ability to create structure and manage a complex book of business independently.

Your actual base salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, geographic location, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, variable compensation and equity may also be included.
