Excellent communications skills and in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. Operates autonomously. Seasoned individual contributor.

- Compensation: $115-130k
Key Responsibilities:- Creating and maintaining a high level of personal contact with your clients
- Creating and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction as measured by both internal and client benchmarks
- Understand the Clients related strategic plan/s for success and collaborate on the implementation/execution of the plan and overall account success
- Provide tactical support including issue resolution, contract monitoring and renewals, as well as routine processes and deal coordination
Knowledge, Experience, Education Required:- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years professional mortgage servicing experience required
- Ability to be conceptual, able to recognize problems from few or subtle clues, and be innately comfortable with complex and ambiguous situations
- Self-motivated and client centric
- Knowledge of MSP
- Understanding of portfolio management and transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project Management experience and skills, i.e., the ability to manage complex projects and work with a cross-functional team
- While a CRM does not have any direct report responsibility, they need to move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and directing the work being done
- Ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to prioritize under tight deadlines
- Flexible, adaptable to change, comfortable working creatively, thrives on team environments, and have sales experience
