Job Description:
Relationship Manager is expected to manage a set of portfolios with PnL responsibility and is expected to manage and build growth strategies of the relationship. The role will require excellent relationship building to manage customer expectations and drive growth and transformation for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Business Development and accountable for Business Growth
Relationship building and Customer experience Management
Opportunity identification, Leads Generation and Sales Lifecycle Management
Develop account growth strategy focused on identifying new business areas and new service lines
Manage the P&L for the responsibility
Qualifications:
General Competencies:
- Understanding of Sales Management
- Experience in Customer Management
- Strong Communication skills and Negotiation skills
- Experience Financial planning, Contract management & Legal matters related to business
- Experience in organizing and conducting large & strategic events
- Understanding of how P&L is managed
Technology and Domain:
- Retail Domain Experience, with functional understanding of retail domain
- High level understanding of various products and solutions in Retail industry
Salary Range: $148,800 - $201,300 a year
