Job DescriptionDelivering a comprehensive, holistic approach to each client relationship, working to bring the very best solutions and services the firm has to offer - across all of our locations, products, and capabilities. Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects and solutions for our client needs. Responsibilities may be general, client focused or transformational in nature. Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with client needs. Manages client inquiries, projects and initiatives across a multi-discipline servicing team.
• Create a seamless, integrated operating model across product jurisdictions and operating centers
• Represent an internal and external point of escalation, across all business lines that serve the client, for unresolved service items
• Provide governance and framework to enhance delivered service solutions
• Lead monthly internal and external meetings to review KPI's, key issues, and forthcoming new products/asset classes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Eight to ten years of experience in project management activities
- Knowledge of multiple business lines preferred (Fund Accounting/Custody/Transfer Agent/Fund Administration)

- Comprehensive knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
- Demonstrated management and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge of project management
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
