Position Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused account manager who will own a book of business, manage client relationships, and ensure long-term satisfaction and renewals. This person will oversee the full scope of marketing services provided to their clients, with a special focus on running, optimizing, and reporting on Google Ads campaigns. The right candidate thrives on problem-solving, building trust, and keeping clients happy with measurable results. This role requires staying up to date on the evolving dental marketing landscape and ensuring clients view Gargle as a trusted partner in growing their practices.

MUST BE LOCAL TO SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage a portfolio of client accounts
  • Own the Paid Ads campaigns/results for assigned clients
  • Ensure clients have a proper Ad Spend Budget to hit their new patient goals and see success
  • Oversee all Gargle products/services(need a strong understanding of Google Ad and Meta ads) being used by clients and ensure they are delivering value
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through consistent communication and transparency
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and renewal across accounts
  • Provide performance insights and recommendations to clients
  • Stay updated on industry and dental marketing trends to provide clients with relevant strategies
  • Document client activity and maintain accurate records in Salesforce (or other internal systems)

  • Proficiency in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube campaigns)

Minimum Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience managing digital ads, ideally with Google Ads
  • Strong background in client-facing account management
  • B2B or service industry experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work from Gargle's Lehi office at least three days per week


Preferred Qualifications
  • Dental or healthcare industry marketing experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Google Ads certification(s)
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Experience working in an agency
