- You've created and delivered high-impact presentations to brand or retail stakeholders in consumer insights - translating complex data sets into sharp, strategic narratives. You understand the CPG ecosystem and its many influences, and how retailers and brands use data to make decisions.
- You may have worked with or around fresh meat and health and wellness brands and understand the nuance behind product attributes, functional benefits, and consumer trust in this space.
- You are a natural collaborator who thrives in fast-paced, team-oriented environments - whether you are partnering with clients, or facilitating conversation with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teammates.

Qualifications- 5 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail industry experience required in merchandising, shopper/consumer marketing, supply chain, manufacturer-retailer relationships
- Proficient in syndicated POS or panel data tools (NIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, or Dunnhumby).
- MS Excel expertise and the ability to tumble complex datasets: to include v/x-lookup, sum/if; Working knowledge of SQL, Python, other coding languages and BI tools (Power BI/Tablaeu)
- Rich experience creating compelling and engaging PowerPoint presentations from complex data sets and ideas
- Moves with a sense of urgency, perseverance, and client-first mentality
- Ability to multi-task successfully and independently manage multiple projects with varying timelines
- Collaborator with strong oral and written communication skills; Must be a good listener
- Excited to spend time onsite with clients in hybrid rhythm
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time
Additional InformationThis role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $83,000 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
