What You'll Do:- Responsible for assigned book of business.
- Process renewals and incidental new business, cancellations, audits, and endorsement requests.
- Responsible for accuracy of your work product and that of others assisting you.
- Issue certificates of insurance, when necessary.
- Create certificate guidelines form.
- Initiate renewal meetings and be responsible for renewal process.
- Negotiate coverages and premiums with carriers.
- Provide producer and/or client executive with accurate renewal proposals.
- Check policy coverages, endorsements and audits for accuracy.
- Respond to or refer insureds' and underwriters' questions or requests.
- Invoice policies, audits, endorsements, cancellations and other appropriate transactions.
- Assist producer, accounting department and client in the reconciliation of client accounts.
- Responsible for account rounding.
- Attend company and department meetings, position-related seminars/classes, client meetings, carrier functions, and other events as required.
- Adhere to policies and procedures set forth for the Department and Bolton & Company.
- Pursue a program for professional development, including attending educational classes in your specific field and those offered by Bolton in communication, leadership, corporate language and other classes as recommended by leaders
- Be an active, responsible team member, conducting yourself in a professional and respectful manner to all internal and external clients, carriers, and staff.
You Should Have:- 4+ years of commercial P&C experience
- Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- CISR designation or other advanced designation.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated comfort with renewal cycle and processes.
- Possesses time management and problem solving skills.
- Personal responsibility and accountability for assigned book of business.
- Ability to build and grow professional relationships with clients

Salary Range
$90,000-$100,000 USD
