Full Job Description
About the Role:

This isn't a typical drafting or courtroom role. This is a high-touch, client-facing opportunity for an attorney who is also a natural educator and relationship-builder.

You'll meet with prospective clients, uncover their goals and concerns, and guide them toward a plan that gives them clarity and peace of mind. You'll help them say "yes" to the legacy they want to leave-and you'll be rewarded for every life you help change.

You won't be drafting documents every day-but you'll continue to grow. You'll stay closely connected to our legal team, participate in strategy meetings, learn the ins and outs of how plans are built, and stay at the forefront of estate planning law. You'll be mentored, supported, and encouraged to become the best version of yourself.

Compensation:

  • $90,000 base salary + generous performance-based commissions.
  • Realistic earning potential of $150,000+ per year.
  • The more lives you help, the more you earn.

Why This Role Rocks:

  • Do meaningful work every day-and get paid for impact, not billable hours.
  • You get to do what you love: connect, guide, educate, and serve.
  • Work with a team that values authenticity, collaboration, and a human-first mindset.
  • All the marketing and operational support you need to succeed.
  • Be part of a firm that's transforming the legal experience for families.

Benefits:

  • 401(k) with match.
  • Bonus structure + performance commissions.
  • PTO.
  • Paid holidays and sick days.
  • Work-from-home flexibility (1-2 days/week). We do require scheduled in office as clients request in office appointments.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • A firm that celebrates you for who you are, not just what you do.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in estate planning or elder law.
  • Are a licensed attorney.
  • Have a proven track record in sales, client conversion, or business development.
  • Are a confident, heart-forward closer who can guide clients to a "yes" with compassion.
  • Love guiding and empowering people to protect themselves and their loved ones.

To Apply:

Please submit your resume and answer the following:

  • How you demonstrate that you listen, you care, and you want to make a real difference.
  • Send a 1-2 minute video recording via Zoom about why you are the best candidate for this position.
  • Your experience assessing estate planning or elder law issues and creating strategies.
  • Your successful experience in sales or client conversion.
  • Why you will thrive on a commission-based compensation model.
