Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive 2 (Single Client) for the Hackensack Meridian Health System in Central and North, New Jersey. Hackensack Meridian Health is an American network of healthcare providers in New Jersey, based out of Edison. Members include academic centers, acute care facilities, and research hospitals. Hackensack Meridian Health aims to create one integrated network for healthcare delivery in New Jersey.

What You'll Do

As the Client Executive II, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the client and play a critical role in delivering operational excellence and strengthening Sodexo's partnership within the health system.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Oversee food service operations at 10 HMH Health locations
  • Deliver operational excellence by meeting Sodexo service commitments that are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable
  • Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance standards
  • Coordinate and direct all account activities including financial performance, policy compliance, and employee development
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders
  • Partner with Sodexo senior leadership to support client retention and growth initiatives
  • Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with finance leadership
  • Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to maintain strong fiscal outcomes
  • Lead and develop frontline leaders and management teams to ensure strong operational performance
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships
