Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant management experience, ideally in healthcare professional liability.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Extensive experience in claims adjudication and coverage evaluation.
• Solid analytical, decision-making, and strategic-thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proven oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational capabilities.
• High proficiency in office tools and systems, like CRM and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims policy and coverage questions.
• Update the Oasis claims system as necessary.
• Support and mentor assigned Claims support staff.
• Coordinate with IT for systems-related issues and implement changes.
• Investigate stakeholder issues, identifying root causes and creating procedures.
• Serve as Claims Function liaison on various committees as assigned.
• Audit team's work to ensure accurate delivery of service.
• Provide full-range administrative support and management assistance.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
