Job Overview:

Now Hiring multiple Civil Superintendents who will oversee and manage all civil construction activities on energy services projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining quality standards. Long term project, Hubbard, TX.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, direct, and coordinate all civil construction activities, including earthwork, concrete, foundations, and underground utilities, on assigned projects.
* Supervise and lead civil crews, subcontractors, and other site personnel, fostering a safe and productive work environment.
* Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, drawings, and all relevant codes and regulations.
* Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections.
* Manage project schedules, resources, and equipment to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
* Monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project coordination.
* Maintain accurate daily reports, progress logs, and other required documentation.
* Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets established standards.
* Assist with material procurement and inventory management.
* Troubleshoot and resolve on-site construction problems.

Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience as a Civil Superintendent or in a similar supervisory role within the energy services or heavy civil construction industry.
* Proven track record of successfully managing civil construction projects of varying sizes and complexities.
* Thorough understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and equipment.
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, particularly within industrial or energy environments.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* OSHA 30 certification preferred.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and demanding construction environments.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
