Civil Site Project Manager / Team Lead - North Carolina Division

As a Civil Site Project Manager / Team Lead, you'll lead complex land development projects, build lasting client relationships, and help grow our North Carolina practice - all while mentoring teams and influencing the future of our business.
Location

This hybrid position offers flexibility to balance in-office collaboration at our Charlotte office with remote work.

  • Manage and mentor engineers and designers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence
  • Serve as a Seller/Doer by supporting business development, proposals, and client relationships
  • Coordinate closely with Senior Project Managers, Group Managers, and Division leadership
  • Develop site layouts, grading, hydrology, and utility designs that meet client and regulatory requirements
  • Drive project success through effective budget, schedule, and quality control
  • Play a key role in the growth of the practice, with opportunity to advance into a Group Manager role
