Join our Mining Environmental Group in Vancouver, where we focus on applying critical thinking to the management of mine waste and water. As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering multidisciplinary projects that support responsible mining-from concept through closure. This hybrid role offers flexibility, collaboration, and the opportunity to manage projects that matter.
In this role, you'll oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil earthworks and dam-related projects. You'll work closely with engineers, environmental scientists, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with purpose. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading project delivery across civil earthwork scopes and multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinating environmentally focused projects, including field programs and design solutions
- Mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative project culture
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
- Managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk metrics across multiple projects
- Applying project management methodologies to support technical teams
- Guiding projects through all phases-from concept to mine closure
- Contributing to best practices and continuous improvement
What We're Looking ForWe value your leadership and organizational expertise. To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
- 10+ years of experience managing civil infrastructure or earthworks projects
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders
- Experience developing communication plans and work breakdown structures
- Strong skills in tracking schedules, budgets, quality metrics and earned value
- Familiarity with technical documentation and proposal development
- A safety-first mindset with experience in incident reporting
- Experience managing teams across national and international locations
- Experience with Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.

The expected salary range for this position is $110,000 - $150,000 annually. Actual salary offered is based on an individual assessment of applicable education, skills and experience. Along with continued career development, KCB offers:
