Key responsibilities:
• Lead the design and manage the technical delivery of a variety of land development projects.
• Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
• Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
• Assist project managers in preparing and managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and prepare deliverables.
• Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.
Qualifications:
• Registered PE in the states of Washington, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• 3- 5 years of design experience in transportation, gas pipeline, roadway, energy, or utilities
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians
• Experience with managing engineering projects from conception to completion, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction support, and project delivery within land development, infrastructure, and energy projects.

US Pay Range
$105,000-$125,000 USD
