Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking attorneys with civil litigation with 3+ years of practice that are licensed in Oregon. This is a 100% remote position with the opportunity for hybrid in-office work as desired by the candidate. The candidate need not reside in Oregon; although, a physical presence in Oregon is a plus.Those with experience in the following areas of law are encouraged to apply: Employment, Complex Commercial, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Liability, Construction, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product Liability, and General Liability.Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills, possess strong academic backgrounds and proven skills in research, and must be a self-starter who is able to handle assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required.Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Oregon.We offer competitive compensation and a full benefits package including eligibility for subjective and objective bonuses and student debt repayment assistance.

 

As a national firm with a diverse and flexible workforce, including remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract opportunities throughout the country, our compensation structure reflects the wide range of career paths available within our platform. Our current national base salary ranges are:

• 1-3 years: $100,000-$140,000
• 3-5 years: $120,000-$150,000
• 6-8 years: $140,000-$190,000
• 9-12 years: $170,000-$200,000

Actual compensation is tailored to each individual and may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
