Position Title: Civil Litigation Attorney

Salary Range: $110,000 - $175,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities: - Handle habitability and sexual assault cases as well as general civil litigation
- Support a senior partner with case management and legal strategies
- Conduct discovery, draft motions, and prepare for court appearances
- Participate in depositions and trial work as required
- Maintain a monthly billable hour target of 130 hours
- Work collaboratively with legal assistants, paralegals, and administrative staff
Requirements: - 1-5+ years of experience in civil litigation
- Must be barred in California
- Trial experience is preferred
