Your Impact
• Apply civil design expertise to deliver integrated municipal infrastructure solutions, including water supply, wastewater collection, stormwater management systems, and transportation corridors, supporting resilient community development.
• Prepare detailed engineering deliverables including technical reports, cost estimates, and design documentation.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support coordinated and efficient project execution.
• Mentor junior engineers and technologists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Engage with clients, municipalities, and regulatory bodies to support project approvals and maintain strong working relationships.
• Champion sustainable and forward-thinking engineering approaches that enhance environmental resilience and long-term community safety.
The Skills That Set You Apart
• 15+ years of progressive engineering experience in municipal infrastructure, water resources, and land development.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and registration as a P.Eng. in Alberta.
• Proven experience delivering technically complex projects.
• Strong expertise in technical writing, including design reports, cost estimates, and regulatory documentation.
• Solid understanding of municipal bylaws, development approvals, and regulatory frameworks.
• Willingness to mentor and support the development of junior team members.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
Compensation
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 - $138,000
MB & ON: $95,000 - $130,800
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $94,100 - $124,900
