Full Job Description
Engineer I, II or III
Water is a necessity in California, and the systems that move, store, treat, and protect it are among the most critical infrastructure our communities depend on. At Harris, we are dedicated to advancing water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure that safeguards public health, protects our coastline and watersheds, and supports resilient, sustainable growth throughout the region.
Our work focuses on complex pumping facilities, lift stations, large- and -small diameter pipelines, force mains, trunk sewers, storage tanks and reservoirs, hydraulic analyses, planning studies and other water related consulting. In a region challenged by water scarcity, aging infrastructure, seismic risk, regulatory demands, and climate-driven storm events, our engineers design and analyze practical, forward-thinking solutions that keep essential systems operating safely and reliably.
From planning and alternatives analysis through detailed design and engineering support during construction, we partner with local agencies to modernize critical infrastructure and strengthen communities across Northern and Southern California.
