Position Description:

The CISO/ATO Lead secures all systems, data flows, and interfaces essential to delivering medical examinations. Their leadership ensures compliance with customer security requirements, including NIST, FISMA, and VA 6500 controls. They protect data while driving the Authority to Operate (ATO) process to completion.
This position is located in Fairfax, VA but may also be worked from our Lafayette, LA office.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Lead ATO readiness, RMF packages, and continuous monitoring
Oversee cybersecurity posture for EMS, portals, and APIs
Implement vulnerability management, incident response, and audit support
Ensure compliance with customer cybersecurity and privacy standards
Coordinate with customer ISSOs, system owners, and federal auditors

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Bachelor's degree
10+ years federal cybersecurity experience
Security+ and CISSP certifications
Experience achieving or maintaining federal ATOs
Knowledge of NIST 800 53 and VA 6500
Desired qualifications/non essential skills required:
CISM or CCSP certifications
Prior experience supporting federal cybersecurity environments

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $143,500.00 $310,700.00.
