Full Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the total expected compensation range is $150,000 - $210,000 per year, which includes base salary pay and yearly short-term compensation incentive.

As Product Owner you lead the execution of strategic product and program initiatives, ensuring alignment between business priorities, customer needs, and delivery outcomes. You operate as a senior individual contributor within the organization, driving clarity in complex and ambiguous environments. This role is responsible for the maintenance and profitable growth of the Miniature Circuit breaker portfolio working closely with other MCB Product owners and the League Leader.

You partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, guide prioritization decisions, and ensure successful delivery of high-impact initiatives. Through strong judgment and influence, you drive alignment, simplify complexity, and enable teams to deliver measurable value.
