*This position requires a TS/SCI Clearance.* *This position is contingent on award**This position may require up to six months of deployment annually*Responsibilities:- Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts targeting sensitive U.S. national security information, personnel, activities, capabilities, and interests.
- Analyze foreign intelligence capabilities, collection activities, targeting methodologies, and TTPs to identify threats to U.S. persons, operations, technologies, and national security interests.
- Assess threats posed by emerging technologies and foreign technology developments to U.S. operations, activities, capabilities, and interests.
- Evaluate U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence capabilities, collection activities, and TTPs to identify vulnerabilities, indicators, and potential foreign intelligence threats.
- Conduct in-depth CI research and all-source analysis to identify, correlate, and assess foreign intelligence activities, networks, targeting patterns, capabilities, and collection objectives.
- Develop and produce all-source CI studies, assessments, reports, briefings, and other intelligence products addressing foreign intelligence threats and operational vulnerabilities.
- Apply CI analytic tradecraft and all-source intelligence to support the development and refinement of CI strategies, priorities, and operational approaches.
- Present CI assessments, threat findings, and analytic judgments to government, military, intelligence, and mission-partner audiences.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver programs of instruction covering specified collection operations TTPs, processes, and supporting activities relevant to HUMINT and TECHINT operations conducted under DoD authorities.
- Develop instructional materials and practical training content tailored to operational requirements, collection activities, and applicable DoD policies and authorities.
- Apply knowledge gained through completion of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent to support CI research, analysis, production, and training activities.
Levels:- Junior: Minimum of one year of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Mid: Minimum of three (3) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Senior: Minimum of eight (8) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
- Expert: Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this Labor Category
Qualifications:- Experience applying counterintelligence concepts, principles, methodologies, and analytic tradecraft to identify, assess, and mitigate foreign intelligence threats.
- Experience applying IC and DoD classification guidelines, security requirements, and information-handling procedures to CI research, analysis, intelligence production, and training activities.
- Experience working semi-independently with limited oversight to conduct CI research, threat analysis, intelligence production, and mission support.
- Experience evaluating and synthesizing multiple intelligence sources to identify foreign intelligence capabilities, activities, collection efforts, targeting patterns, TTPs, networks, and objectives.
- Experience developing and defending CI analytic judgments using logical conclusions and supporting evidence, and adapting assessments based on new intelligence, evolving conditions, and emerging threats.
- Experience identifying nuances, contradictions, inconsistencies, intelligence gaps, and indicators within foreign intelligence and counterintelligence reporting.
- Experience applying structured analytic techniques and alternative methodologies to examine biases, assumptions, competing hypotheses, and uncertainty; strengthen analytic arguments; and identify potential foreign intelligence threats and indicators.
- Experience conducting structured CI research, including obtaining, evaluating, correlating, organizing, and maintaining information in accordance with applicable security, classification, and data-handling requirements.
- Experience assessing foreign intelligence collection capabilities and limitations, including HUMINT, technical collection, emerging technologies, and other intelligence disciplines relevant to CI operations.
- Experience evaluating U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities, collection activities, and TTPs to identify vulnerabilities, threats, indicators, and opportunities to strengthen CI strategies.
- Experience evaluating intelligence and CI reporting and collaborating with collection managers, collectors, analysts, and mission partners to identify intelligence gaps and develop, refine, and prioritize collection requirements.
- Experience assessing emerging technologies and their potential application by foreign intelligence services to target U.S. persons, activities, capabilities, operations, and national security interests.
- Experience producing timely, concise, and analytically rigorous CI studies, threat assessments, reports, briefings, and other intelligence products using Microsoft Office applications, electronic matrices, and web-enabled tools.
- Experience communicating complex CI issues, foreign intelligence threats, analytic judgments, and recommendations clearly and concisely through written products, briefings, presentations, and verbal engagements.
- Experience developing and delivering instruction on collection operations TTPs, processes, and supporting activities relevant to HUMINT and TECHINT operations under applicable DoD authorities.
- Completion of an in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Security Clearance: Salary Range: $60,000 - $135,000This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
