JOB DESCRIPTIONContinuous Improvement (CI) Process ManagerJob Description Department: C.I. & Process Manager Salary Range: $106,700-$178,000 Reports to: Plant Manager Position Summary The Continuous Improvement Manager leads plant-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles.
Key Responsibilities - Lead continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.
- Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Drive KPI improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.
- Coach leaders and employees on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.
- Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce operating costs.
- Develop standard work and sustainment processes to ensure long-term results.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams.
- Monitor project progress and communicate results to leadership.
- Implement process change supported by Material, launch, OPS, Maintenance.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong project management, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical, communication, change management abilities.
