Continuous Improvement (CI) Process Manager
Job Description

Department: C.I. & Process Manager

Salary Range: $106,700-$178,000

Reports to: Plant Manager

Position Summary
The Continuous Improvement Manager leads plant-wide initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost performance through Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement strategy and roadmap for the plant.


  • Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and waste reduction initiatives.


  • Drive KPI improvements in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost.


  • Coach leaders and employees on Lean and problem-solving methodologies.


  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity and reduce operating costs.


  • Develop standard work and sustainment processes to ensure long-term results.


  • Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HR teams.


  • Monitor project progress and communicate results to leadership.


  • ODS update.


  • Implement process change supported by Material, launch, OPS, Maintenance.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.


  • 5+ years of manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.


  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.


  • Strong project management, facilitation, and leadership skills.


  • Excellent analytical, communication, change management abilities.
