Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience with Lean and Continuous Improvement techniques in plant operations.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in operating systems at all manufacturing plant levels.
• Strong relationship-building skills across various organizational levels, with ability to coach senior leaders.
• Experience in standardizing data collection and reporting systems for plants.
• Project management experience at the plant level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement problem-solving tools to eliminate losses in Safety, Quality, Maintenance, and Operations.
• Oversee site productivity processes and manage productivity projects to achieve 5-year goals.
• Standardize work, problem-solving, and pull systems to establish core organizational practices.
• Cultivate a zero loss mindset across the organization through capability development and commitment.
• Train and coach plant staff on problem-solving processes and tools, spending significant time on the production floor.
