The Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences at Rush is dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate, and evidence-based mental health and neurodevelopmental care. Due to exciting clinical growth, we are seeking a dedicated Child & Adolescent Psychologist to join our team at our Northbrook clinical location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a deep drive to serve patients, and exceptional organization and time management skills. This role requires a broad skill set in neurodevelopmental disorders, excellent behavioral management of children, and a comprehensive knowledge of both neuropsychology and general psychology to help families navigate complex developmental paths.

Position Details
• You will join a collaborative group of clinical psychologists.
• This is a 100% outpatient-based role.
• Fully based at our outpatient location in Northbrook, IL.
• Work closely with specialized behavioral health staff, pediatrics, neurology, and developmental medicine divisions across the Rush System.
• Engage with a vibrant academic community that includes an established didactic training program, internal fellowship programs, and ongoing research initiatives

Duties & Responsibilities
• Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No inpatient rounding or call responsibilities.
• Primarily serving children and young adults presenting with a broad range of neurodevelopmental conditions, with occasional adult assessments as needed.
• Full time clinical role, spanning a balanced mix of clinical intakes, specialized testing blocks, and family feedback sessions.
• Participation in teaching as part of the department's didactic program is available and encouraged, though not strictly required.
• Opportunities are available to engage in research projects, though independent research or external funding is not a mandatory requirement for this clinical line.

Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role, as well as additional compensation such as sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range: $114,000 - $147,000
