Overview

We invite applications for a Board Certified or Eligible Child/ Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our growing medical group at the Kaiser Skyline medical office in Salem, OR. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to provide high-quality, comprehensive care. You will join an integrated and compassionate team of physicians and supportive clinical and administrative staff. We use a combination of face-to-face care and the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation.

What You Can Expect:
  • Provide care for Child/ Adolescent patients ranging in age from 6 to 21 years old, but primarily under 18.
  • Full-time, 4 or 4 1/2-day work week (1.00 and .90 FTE available)
  • 2 days at the Kaiser Skyline clinic and 2 or 2 1/2 days virtual care
  • No Call required
  • Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility

  • Board Certified or Eligible in Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry

The annual salary for this position is $308,200-$338,700 for a 1.00 FTE plus a $28,900 annual stipend, which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, NWP offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
