Child & Family Therapist to join our
Children's Intensive Services (WISe) team in
Monroe, WA. Our Monroe team is small, tight-knit, and compassionate-serving youth and families in an accessible location less than 25 minutes from Everett and 40 minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Woodinville.
WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) provides intensive, individualized support to
Medicaid-eligible youth (up to age 21) with complex behavioral health needs. Services are provided in natural environments such as homes, schools, and communities to reduce the need for restrictive placements and to foster long-term stability.

What You'll Do- Provide evidence-based, trauma-informed clinical therapy to youth and families.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support youth in the least restrictive environment possible.
- Deliver services across multiple settings: in-home, school, office, and community.
- Participate in a rotating schedule for after-hours crisis/emergency response.
- Receive training in intensive intervention models to support your professional growth.
What You Bring- MA/MS/MSW in a Behavioral Science-related field
- Qualifies as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) under WAC
- Preferred: Meets educational criteria for Child Mental Health Specialist (CMHS)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid WA State Driver's License, insurance, and reliable vehicle
- If not already licensed, must submit an Agency Affiliated Counselor application upon hire
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in mental health, social services, or medical environments
- Familiarity with Evidence-Based Practices or willingness to be trained
- Strong organizational, communication, and team collaboration skills
