Salary: $80,000- $90,000 annually + Performance Bonus
The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and strategic Area Manager to support and oversee multiple early learning centers across the Texas division. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operations, team development, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.
What You Will Do- Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers
- Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance
- Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management
- Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements
- Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
- Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed
- Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans
What We Are Looking For- Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
- Strong understanding of Tennessee State licensing and compliance standards
- Federal background clearance and 3 Professional References required
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
- Ability to travel between centers as needed
- Passion for early childhood education and operational excellence
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per hour
