Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience in therapy.
• Experience with children, youth, and families.
• Familiarity with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary collaborative work.
• In-depth knowledge of psychotherapeutic techniques and assessment protocols.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Strong time management and interpersonal communication skills.
• Commitment to health and safety in treatment environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide client-centered clinical services including assessments and treatment plans.
• Coordinate treatment plans within a multi-disciplinary team context.
• Lead clinical interventions based on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize psychotherapeutic techniques to deliver effective counseling.
• Work collaboratively with families and caregivers to achieve positive outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions.
• Contribute actively to a culture of safety and prevention in clinical settings.
