What You'll Do- Oversee and manage commercial operations across Retail, Wholesale, and Marketing.
- Design and improve cross-functional workflows that connect departments and eliminate bottlenecks.
- Own and optimize our commercial technology ecosystem, including CRM, project management, reporting, and workflow platforms.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, operating standards, policies, and playbooks that drive consistency across the organization.
- Build KPI dashboards and performance scorecards that provide visibility into business performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency, accountability, and scalability.
- Partner with leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing, Cultivation, Inventory, and Compliance to improve how work gets done.
- Coach leaders to build a culture of operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For- Bachelors Degree in BA, Marketing, Management, Finance or related field
- 7+ years of executive leadership experience in commercial operations, retail operations, business operations, process improvement, or a related field.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and improving business processes.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience implementing or managing CRM, project management, reporting, or operational systems.
- Proven ability to develop KPIs, reporting, and operational dashboards.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in multi-site retail or consumer products environments is preferred.
- Cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.
