What You BringEducation- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
- Active pharmacist license in good standing required.
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or other advanced business degree preferred.
Experience- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within healthcare, pharmacy benefit management (PBM), or a related industry.
- 10+ years of executive or senior leadership experience.
- Proven track record of leading organizational growth, operational transformation, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience guiding complex organizations through periods of change and expansion.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated success developing teams and driving organizational performance.
Preferred Qualifications- Advanced healthcare-related degree preferred.
- Experience leading large, cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Deep understanding of healthcare operations, clinical strategy, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
Location: Remote within the United States with periodic travel for onboarding, leadership meetings, client engagements, and business-related events.
