As Chief of Staff, You'll- Serve as a medical leader while continuing to practice alongside the team
- Mentor and support veterinarians and clinical team members
- Champion high-quality medicine and patient care
- Partner with hospital leadership to strengthen medical standards and team culture
- Help drive the continued growth and success of the practice
What We Offer- Base Salary: $130,000-$160,000 for an experienced veterinarian working a 40-hour schedule
- Quarterly Production Bonus with no negative accrual
