Key Priorities
- Work closely with leadership to implement strategic priorities, ensuring that Bold's strategic vision is executed at a high level
- Design and implement scalable systems that support the organization as it grows and expands its impact
- Manage charter development, annual compliance, and state reporting with school authorizer(s)
- Manage development of school policies and compliance measures, working closely with leadership team and legal counsel
- Support preparation, presentation development, and communications for board and other meetings
- Demonstrating a mission-first mindset to ensure all decisions and actions are rooted in ensuring that all students excel
Strong candidates will:
- Have strategic project management experience at the senior organizational level
- Demonstrate an ability to multitask effectively and prioritize strategically, moving fluidly between high-level strategic thinking and operational details
- Have an ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive outcomes
- Be a person of high moral character and with well-developed emotional intelligence
- Have a keen eye for detail and proven experience developing, implementing, and maintaining organizational systems and policies
- Ability to partner with a broad range of stakeholders with varied interests and needs
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to and alignment with the mission, beliefs, and values of Bold
- Hold a commitment to solutions-based problem solving and previous experience of such
- Hold a Bachelor's degree with an outstanding record of achievement and leadership; advanced degree preferred (JD, MPA, MBA, or other relevant degree)
Start Date
The start date for this position is flexible, with opportunities for remote/hybrid work.
Compensation
The starting salary range for this position is $130,000-$160,000 annually and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
