About the RoleWe're looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with our executive team, a group with a proven track record of scaling businesses and successfully exiting them. This is a rare seat at the table: you'll be embedded in high-stakes decision-making, cross-functional execution, and strategic planning from day one. It's an ideal role for someone with an MBA who is hungry to learn what it actually takes to build and scale a company, not just study it in a classroom.
This is not a 9-to-5 role. We move fast, we sweat the details, and we expect the same from you.
What You'll Do- Act as a strategic thought partner and force multiplier to the CEO and executive team, translating high-level priorities into concrete execution plans
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution, holding teams accountable to deadlines and outcomes
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and executive communications with precision and polish
- Own the operating cadence of the business: leadership meetings, OKRs/goal-setting, and performance tracking
- Dive deep into ambiguous, high-priority problems, including market analysis, org design, and process gaps, and bring back sharp, actionable recommendations
- Serve as a trusted sounding board and occasional gatekeeper for the CEO's time and priorities
- Represent the executive team in meetings where their direct presence isn't required, ensuring decisions and follow-ups are captured and executed
- Identify inefficiencies across the business and build the systems/processes to fix them before they become problems
Who You Are- MBA preferred (top-tier program strongly preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a high-growth startup environment
- A demonstrated eagerness to learn: you see this role as an apprenticeship with operators who have scaled and exited businesses, and you're motivated by proximity to that experience
- Maniacal attention to detail; you catch the error before anyone else does, and you don't let "good enough" slide
- Unmatched work ethic. You're energized by high-stakes, high-tempo environments and comfortable with the hours that come with them
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; equally comfortable drafting a board deck or delivering a hard message
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Low ego, high ownership. You're as willing to build a slide deck at midnight as you are to weigh in on strategy
- Discretion and trustworthiness; you'll regularly be exposed to sensitive, confidential information
Why Join UsYou'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with an executive team that has done this before. They built companies, scaled them, and successfully exited. This role offers a front-row seat (and often a hands-on role) in that process, with mentorship and exposure most people don't get until much later in their careers. If you're looking to fast-track your operating and leadership experience, this is it.
