Job Summary:

Directly supporting the Vice President of Marketing & Brand, this role serves as a trusted advisor and force multiplier to leadership, driving organizational alignment, operational excellence, and execution against key priorities. As Chief of Staff, this position helps shape strategic direction, enables leadership decision-making, and ensures priorities are translated into coordinated action and measurable outcomes across the Marketing & Brand organization. This strategic partner will work closely with leaders to refine approaches, remove barriers, and ensure successful execution of business objectives.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner with the Vice President and leadership team to align priorities, shape strategic initiatives, and drive execution across the organization.

  • Translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and follow-through.

  • Establish and manage the operating rhythm for the organization, including planning cycles, business reviews, leadership meetings, and performance tracking.

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to leaders, helping teams develop, refine, and execute their approaches to achieving business objectives.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment, prioritization, and decision-making to focus resources on the highest-value opportunities.

  • Improve leadership effectiveness by coordinating initiatives, facilitating communication, and enabling informed decision-making.

  • Identify and remove organizational friction points that hinder collaboration, execution, or business results.

  • Develop and implement measurement frameworks that connect marketing and brand initiatives to meaningful business outcomes.

  • Progressive experience in marketing, brand management, strategy, consulting, or business operations foraenterprise company

Summary Pay Range:

$147,760.00 - $221,640.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location,job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
