Qualifications

• Active RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Commitment to obtain CRRN certification within one year of eligibility.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field, unless otherwise specified by state regulations.
• Advanced degree or knowledge/skills associated with an advanced degree is required unless specified by state regulation.
• Minimum five years of inpatient hospital experience.
• At least two years of recent Nursing Management experience, including 24-hour accountability and budget oversight.
