Crestwyn Behavioral Health is seeking an experienced, strategic nursing leader to join our Executive Leadership Team. As Chief Nursing Officer, you'll partner directly with the CEO and senior leadership team to drive exceptional patient care, strengthen nursing culture, develop future leaders, and help guide the long-term success of the organization. Your ImpactAs Chief Nursing Officer, you will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic oversight for all nursing services across the hospital.
- Drive nursing strategy, clinical excellence, and operational performance
- Build, mentor, and develop high-performing nursing leaders and teams
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, state, and regulatory requirements
- Lead workforce planning, staffing strategies, and nursing resource management
- Partner with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
- Monitor quality indicators and champion continuous improvement initiatives
- Influence executive decision-making, organizational strategy, and long-term planning
- Foster a culture of accountability, compassion, safety, and patient-centered care

Qualifications- Active RN License (TN or eligible for reciprocity).
- Proven Nursing Leadership (CNO, DON, or equivalent).
- Behavioral Health Experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting (required).
- Strategic & Operational Expertise with strong interpersonal skills.
- BSN required; MSN or mental health nursing preferred.
- 6+ years RN experience (10+ preferred).
- 3+ years progressive nursing management.
- 2+ years behavioral health RN experience in inpatient psychiatry.
