Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted MD or DO license (or eligible for licensure)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in clinical environments
• Experience in Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Community Health Centers (CHC), or rural health clinics preferred
• Passion for community health and health equity
• Commitment to rural medicine and local health initiatives

Responsibilities

• Provide executive oversight for clinical quality and regulatory compliance
• Represent the organization on health equity issues
• Develop and maintain partnerships with regional hospitals and public health organizations
• Participate in clinical panels to remain engaged in patient care
• Lead initiatives to address social determinants of health in the community
