This position is a hybrid role requiring (3) days a week onsite in our Needham, MA or NYC office. Here's What You'll Do: - Own the Advisor360° brand, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across the wealth management ecosystem, ensuring consistent, differentiated messaging in a competitive fintech landscape.
- Partner closely with Sales, Product & Engineering, and Client Success leadership to align marketing programs with revenue targets and the product roadmap.
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing marketing organization spanning brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, and PR/events.
- Drive category leadership and thought leadership initiatives that position Advisor360° as the technology partner of choice for broker-dealers and RIAs.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources across channels to maximize pipeline impact and return on investment.
- Architect an AI-native marketing function from the ground up-one where AI is the operating system for growth, not a bolt-on tool. Identify, integrate, and operationalize AI across the full marketing lifecycle, from lead scoring and audience segmentation to content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Partner with data and growth teams to translate predictive models and enrichment data into sharp creative briefs and brand narratives-ensuring storytelling and precision targeting move as one system, not two.
- Champion experimentation as a core discipline (rapid test-and-learn cycles, not annual campaign planning), driving continuous improvement in CAC, pipeline velocity, and marketing ROI.
- Oversee corporate communications, PR, and analyst relations to strengthen Advisor360°'s standing and visibility in the wealthtech space.
- Champion customer and market research to inform product strategy, messaging, and competitive positioning.
- Build and optimize a demand generation engine that consistently delivers qualified pipeline in partnership with Sales.
- Represent Advisor360° at industry conferences, with media, and with key strategic partners and clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on brand strategy, market positioning, and growth opportunities.
- Establish and report on marketing KPIs and metrics that tie directly to pipeline, revenue, and brand health.
What You Bring to the Table: - 12+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CMO or senior marketing executive role, ideally within fintech, wealthtech, or B2B SaaS.
- A proven track record of building and scaling marketing functions that drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of the wealth management, RIA, or broker-dealer ecosystem strongly preferred.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies spanning brand, product marketing, demand generation, content, and corporate communications.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Product, and the CEO/ELT.
- A data-driven approach to marketing, with experience building and reporting on KPIs tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Proven experience building or scaling an AI-native marketing function-hands-on familiarity with AI-powered martech (generative AI for content and personalization, predictive lead scoring, marketing automation) and comfort partnering closely with data science/growth teams to operationalize it.
- A builder's mindset: you see growth and brand as an engineered system, not a series of campaigns-and you know how to lead a team of brand marketers, designers, and storytellers within that system.
- Experience building, developing, and leading high-performing marketing teams.
- Excellent storytelling, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
