This is not a back-office finance role. You'll be the CEO's strategic co-pilot: owning capital allocation for an AI platform bet, building the organization for 10x growth, and running the full business operating system: finance, people strategy, and operational infrastructure.
What you'll own:- Financial strategy and FP&A for a multi-year platform transformation
- Capital allocation decisions across AI investment, GTM, and headcount
- People strategy: compensation architecture, organizational design, talent acquisition at scale
- Board and investor reporting, fundraising readiness, and strategic partnerships
- SaaS metrics that matter: NRR, CAC payback, Rule of 40, burn multiple

What we're looking for:- Multi-year CFO or VP Finance experience at a B2B SaaS company ($10M-$50M ARR)
- Deep fluency in subscription-revenue economics: ARR, NRR, LTV:CAC, ASC 606
- Builder mentality-you've built financial infrastructure, not just inherited it
- Experience owning people/HR strategy alongside finance (common at this stage)
- Strong opinions, loosely held. You challenge the CEO, not just support them.

$200,000 - $300,000 a year
