Responsibilities- Lead all financial operations, accounting functions, and fiscal planning.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cash management, and financial reporting.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and KPI tracking.
- Prepare financial statements, board reports, and executive-level financial analyses.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Manage grant and contract finances, reporting, reconciliations, and compliance requirements.
- Direct annual audit preparation and serve as primary liaison with external auditors.
- Oversee billing, collections, and revenue cycle processes to optimize cash flow.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and organizational development.
- Supervise finance department staff and support professional development.
- Ensure organizational assets and financial records are properly maintained and protected.
- Participate as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Onsite Position Only
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in financial management and accounting leadership.
- Experience with grant administration, contract management, budgeting, and audits.
- Non-profit healthcare experience is strongly preferred.
- CPA preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
Preferred Experience- Behavioral health, substance abuse treatment, or healthcare industry experience.
- Experience managing multiple funding sources, grants, and government contracts.
- Track record of improving financial processes and operational efficiencies.
