  • New construction electrical, serving multifamily, single family, and commercial builders
  • Low voltage and alarm monitoring, including a recurring revenue base of 3,500+ accounts

The sponsor group is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead the business, drive operational performance, and execute on the growth strategy.

POSITION SUMMARY

The role offers meaningful equity participation and the opportunity to build an institutional grade trade services platform with strong existing market positions, proprietary product lines, and a clear roadmap for growth through both organic initiatives and follow on acquisitions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Hold consolidated P&L responsibility for the platform
  • Strengthen bid discipline, job costing, and labor management within the new construction business, with particular focus on multifamily project execution
  • Drive operational improvements across purchasing, back office functions, and field management
  • Scale the platform's recurring revenue lines, including security pole monitoring, alarm monitoring, and the low voltage division
  • Build and develop the management bench, with succession planning beneath retiring ownership
  • Partner with the sponsor group on strategic acquisitions and capital deployment to expand the platform
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability to lenders, investors, and the board
